CRNA Awards:
Outstanding Clinical Practitioner: Recognizes the accomplishments of CRNAs involved in direct patient care who have made an important contribution to the advancement of nurse anesthesia practice.
Outstanding Professional Advocacy: recognizes the accomplishments of CRNAs who have made a significant contribution to the preservation and advancement of the nurse anesthesia profession through advocacy, educational, legislative, legal, and/or regulatory efforts.
Outstanding Professional Accomplishment: Recognizes individuals whose foremost dedication to excellence has furthered the art and science of nurse anesthesia.
Clinical Instructor of the Year: Recognizes the contributions of an individual who has made a significant contribution to the teaching of nurse anesthesia students in the clinical arena.
Didactic Instructor of the Year: Recognizes the contributions of an individual who has made a significant contribution to the teaching of nurse anesthesia students in the classroom setting.
Lifetime Achievement: Recognizes CRNAs who have made significant contributions to the field of nurse anesthesia throughout their lifetime.
SRNA Award:
Note: Only clinical faculty, didactic
faculty, or program directors can nominate SRNAs for this award.
The MANA Emerging Leader Student Award: Recognizes an outstanding student who has demonstrated exceptional promise as a future Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This award honors individuals who consistently exhibit leadership, professionalism, and dedication to the nurse anesthesia profession.
